The first afternoon is for a short trek to Khe Vang stream; the second morning is spent for another short trek to the Khau Tron summit. Tour Plan
On the first day of Bac Giang Trekking Homestay Tour, you will be met up with Golden Trekking Tours team at 7.00 am your hotel in Hanoi. Depart for Bac Giang province. You travel north following the National Road # 1. After about 1.5 hour drive, you arrive in Yen Dung where you make the first stop for visiting the Vinh Nghiem pagoda, also called Duc La Pagoda, situated on a low hill and behind which is Co tien (fairy) stream of Tri Yen Commune, Yen Dung District. This used to be a Buddhist centre under Tran Dynasty belonging to Truc Lam Pagoda and a training centre for Buddhist followers of the country. After spending about a half hour for the site, you continue the road trip up to the northeast. You travel through Chu, the country’s largest litchi producer, arriving in Son Dong around noon. Lunch is provided in a local restaurant in town. In the afternoon, you will be transfer by car to Nieng where you will enjoy about 2 hour trekking on a dirt road. The road runs along a river and leads to Khe Vang, a small stream having its source from the jungle. There is also a waterfall is cool and fresh. Enjoy a swim before having another 2-hour hiking to get back to the main road. Car transfer to the homestay where you have dinner and spend the night.
